Rj Development Co. recognizes that the true meaning of community is not only exceptional leadership but, to truly care for each member of the community and give back to those who need it most. Below are some very worthy local and community causes that we are a part of.

As Vice President of the Cranberry Township Community Chest Robert Gillenberger works with the board of directors to bring awareness to various non profit agencies and promote volunteerism throughout our community.

The purpose of the Cranberry CUP is to conduct organized events whereas all facets of the community contribute to raising money for a worthy cause. The organization promotes volunteerism, community spirit, and goodwill toward a person or family in need.
As a community leader Robert Gillenberger Jr. has been appointed to a three year term to the Cranberry Township Police Council. Some of the responsibilities of the police council are to review the previous years police work, interview potential police officers, and make recommendations for new recruits.
Robert Gillenberger Jr. has also been appointed to serve on the Western Pennsylvania Community Associations Institute steering committee. This committee will be responsible to bring forth the efforts of the CAI and to show community associations the benefits of joining the CAI.
