Dues are payable each month! Payments should be received

no later than the 5th day of each month.

EPB Guidelines
If you plan to install a fence, deck, satellite dish, or perform any landscaping, etc., you will need to have Board of Directors approval for your request. For more information, please refer to the Wilmington Village Declaration of Covenants and the Rules and Regulations.

Non-compliance of rules or any exterior changes made without prior approval will be subject to a fine of $25.00 after 15 days, and every 15 days after that, until the violation is corrected. Once an account accrues $100 in fines, the case will be turned over to the local magistrate.

HOA Meetings

The Lebanon Village Condominium Owners Association board meetings are held quarterly on the grounds of the community to find the date and time of our next meeting please call Rj Development Co. at 412-527-8557. An annual meeting is held to discuss all of the past year’s accomplishments and to establish goals for the next year. When the annual meeting date is set, all residents will be notified of the date, time, and place.

Document Requests
Printed copies of Lebanon Village By-Laws and covenants are available for a $25.00 fee.

Requests for resale certificates should be forwarded to Rj Development Co. There is a $125.00 fee for all resale certificates.
