Deer Run Phase II Community Services Association (CSA) covers 166 townhouses in the community. The CSA is part of the Deer Run Homeowners Association, which also governs the Condo Association for Central Drive.
Deer Run boasts many amenities including a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, volleyball court and plenty of common grounds. Located in the heat of Cranberry Township just off Haine School Road, Deer Run CSA is close to everything.

Deer Run Clubhouse Rental

Import Neighborhood Rules to Remember

1. Garbage cans & recycling bins should be kept out of sight on your property. Garbage cans & bins should be in view for no more than 24 hours each week.

2. Residents should pick up after their pets, including in the common areas.

3. Grass should be cut on a regular basis. Shrubs and hedges should be trimmed as needed.

4. If you will be away for an extended period of time, please make arrangements to have your residence maintained.

5. Residents should regularly seal and maintain driveways.

6. Please remove all newspapers from driveways daily.

7. Skateboarders and bike riders should refrain from using other people’s property for these activities. Cranberry Twp. has a skateboard park behind the Cranberry Twp. Municipal Building.
