Welcome to the Wilmington Village Community located in Mansfield, Ohio. Wilmington Village is Mansfield's only traditional neighborhood. Wilmington offers many features that most communities can't offer at such low yearly fees, including two lush parks and sidewalks throughout the community.
Dues are payable annually in the amount of $250.00 and are due by
January 31st of every year.
If you plan to install a fence, deck, satellite dish, or perform any landscaping, etc., you will need to have grounds committee approval for your request. For more information, please refer to the Wilmington Village Declaration of Covenants and the Rules and Regulations. Please fill out this EPB Request Form for approval.
Non-compliance of rules or any exterior changes made without prior approval will be subject to a fine of $25.00 after 15 days, and every 15 days after that, until the violation is corrected. Once an account accrues $100 in fines, the case will be turned over to the local magistrate.
The Wilmington Village Home Owners Association board meetings are held annually. An annual meeting is held to discuss all of the past year’s accomplishments and to establish goals for the next year. When the annual meeting date is set, all residents will be notified of the date, time, and place.
